We CAN do any school. These are just the schools we primarily do work for. We would detail the specs and work with you on ordering and producing the exact coat you are looking for.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? - We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Credit Cards. We also accept Cash payments and Checks. We do not except American Express.

DO YOU DO YOUR WORK IN-HOUSE - Yes absolutely! We keep all of our equipment at a separate location because our store is so small, and it would not fit. From screen-printing to embroidery, chain stitching to sewing. We do it all. Because we do our work in-house we can control cost, quality, and turnaround to insure our customers get the best products and services.

CAN YOU PRINT SINGLE ITEMS? - Most people that come in to get an order of one or two pieces screen-printed think nothing of it. The reality is that screen-printing is more practical for bulk orders. There are set-up charges that do not justify doing one or two pieces. We will however, if the customer insists. We also have a process called Vinyl Cutting. Vinyl cutting is done cost effectively per piece. In most low quantity situations, vinyl cutting was the best solution for our customer's needs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER A VARSITY JACKET? - It depends on a couple of things. Around Christmas is our busiest time, which means we are getting more orders than usual. We always try to make sure our sewing staff is fully prepared to handle this busy season to insure that a coat is finished in a timely fashion. We also try to stock many different sizes to cut time off the whole process. The time it takes to get a jacket may also depend upon what is being put on it. You can always call us and we can try our best gauge how long it takes.

WHAT ARE YOUR SCREEPRINTING AND EMBROIDERY PRICES? = Our screen-printing prices are based on piece count. If you are not sure how many pieces you are trying to do, it's hard for us to give you an exact price. We don't want to give you ball park prices, we want to make sure you know exactly what the cost is. Our printing is based on the number of items you are purchasing. T-shirts are pretty basic, but say you were looking at doing some hooded sweatshirts. There are several different quality sweatshirts to choose from, so it's important you have an idea what you are looking for. We will inform you to the best of our abilities, so you won’t be disappointed for being unsure of certain specifics.

Our embroidery prices are also hard to decipher due to the many variables that come along with stitching. We charge based on stitch count and until we can plug the design / pattern into the computer it is difficult to gauge an exact price. Of course we can closely estimate pricing in the beginning so you have an idea of what you will be spending.

ARE YOU HIRING? - Right now our operation is fairly small and we aren't really hiring anyone. If you think you could be an asset to our team please send us your resume or information and we will always consider you.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET A VARSITY JACKET STARTED? - Start by coming into the store to get personally fitted for the right size jacket. Next, we would go over every option there is for personalizing and stitching the jacket. Lastly, we would need a $100 deposit to get it started. After the coat is complete we call and let you know your jacket is ready for pick up.

WHAT FORMAT DOES MY ARTWORK NEED TO BE IN? - Generally it is best if your artwork is in an EPS, Corel Draw, or Adobe Illustrator file. Then we do not need to do much other than separate and print. Most times our customers do not have the artwork. This is okay. We do our own graphic design and can help you whip something together. We pride ourselves on our unique nature when it comes to designing products. We are also aware that not all customers are going to want something so creative. We'll work with you to make your product the best for you.

HOW MUCH IS A VARSITY JACKET? - We don't have a set price on our jackets just because everything is priced out individually to give you the best price possible. If you are a student with a lot of activities opting for many additions, your coat is going to be more expensive than someone looking for something basic. We are very competitive with our pricing and will try to give you the best price possible. Also, we want to warn customers about buying coats somewhere else and bringing them to us for our superior work. Our prices, though individually priced, are put together to work as an entire package deal. We up-charge work for any jacket not purchased from our location.
